These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Uniform Lab ("we," "us," or "our") and your purchase of a custom uniform design. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service
Uniform Lab is an independent design service that creates custom helmet, jersey, and pants designs for use with the Team Builder feature in EA SPORTS Madden NFL and College Football video games. We design and deliver digital reference files and instructions for you to import into the applicable game — we do not sell or modify the video games themselves.
Not Affiliated with EA
Uniform Lab is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc. Madden NFL, EA SPORTS College Football, Team Builder, and all related names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Orders & Payment
Each order is a one-time purchase billed at checkout through Stripe. Payment is due at the time you submit your order. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing — all sales are final.
Your Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the team details, colors, and reference images you submit, and for having the right to use any logos or photos you upload. You retain ownership of anything you provide to us. We may use finished designs in our portfolio or marketing unless you ask us not to.
Delivery
We aim to deliver most designs within a few days of order submission, but turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee that any specific color, logo, or design element will render identically inside the game's Team Builder, which is controlled by EA and outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our designs or the games they are used in. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
